Birthright Citizenship at the Supreme Court — April 1 at 6:00

THE SUPREME COURT’ is currently considering Trump v. Barbara, a case that questions the status of birthright citizenship, which is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. Latina/o Studies is partnering with Penn State Dickinson Law to host a panel and audience discussion of the case on Wednesday, April 1 at 6:00 in Foster Auditorium, Paterno Library.
